Precision Manufacturing

S-PARTS titanium hardware is manufactured using dedicated tooling, precision forging and CNC machining processes.

Forged components are processed using dedicated hot-forging dies at approximately 650°C. Each forging die is limited to approximately 300 production cycles to help maintain manufacturing consistency.

Precision multi-axis CNC machining is then used to control critical dimensions and threaded interfaces, providing accurate thread engagement and consistent fitment.
