TC4 Titanium Carbon Rail Saddle Clamp for Cervélo S2 / S3 / S5

A direct-fit carbon saddle rail clamp upgrade designed for compatible older-generation Cervélo S2, S3 and S5 seatposts from MY2011–2018.

Made from 3D-printed TC4 titanium alloy, this replacement clamp allows compatible Cervélo side-lock seatposts to be used with modern oval carbon saddle rails.

Two versions are available for 7×9mm and 7×10mm carbon rails. Simply select the version that matches your saddle rail dimensions.

Compatibility

Designed for compatible Cervélo seatposts featuring the same side-lock clamping structure shown in the product images, including:

  • Cervélo S2 – MY2011–2018 compatible models
  • Cervélo S3 – MY2011–2018 compatible models
  • Cervélo S5 – MY2011–2018 compatible models
  • Other Cervélo seatposts using the same side-lock clamp design

Important: Cervélo used different seatpost and saddle-clamp designs across different models and model years. Please compare your original clamp and seatpost structure with the product photos before ordering.

Choose the Correct Carbon Rail Size

Carbon saddle rails are typically oval rather than the conventional 7mm round profile used by many metal saddle rails.

N516 – 7×9mm: Designed for compatible 7×9mm oval carbon saddle rails.

N517 – 7×10mm: Designed for compatible 7×10mm oval carbon saddle rails.

Please check your saddle manufacturer's specifications or measure the vertical height of the carbon rail before ordering.

Rail Height Reference

  • 9mm Version: approximately 8.5–9.2mm rail height
  • 10mm Version: approximately 9.5–10.2mm rail height

Small dimensional variations between saddle manufacturers are normal.

3D-Printed TC4 Titanium Construction

The clamp is manufactured from TC4 titanium alloy using a 3D-printing process, combining high strength, corrosion resistance and a premium titanium construction.

Because of the additive manufacturing process, the surface may show visible texture, small pores or slight variations. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed titanium and do not affect normal use.

This product replaces the original saddle clamp components and is designed to be installed using the original mounting bolts.

Original bolts are not included.
